Clem Baiye is a journalist with significant banking and corporate experience. He studied at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), where he obtained a second class Upper degree in Political Science in 1977 and at Warwick University (England) where he was awarded M.A. in International Political Economy in 1981. He was a founding Chief Executive of Anchor Properties and Trust Plc. He brings to the board his vast experience in properties development. He is on the board of several other companies.

A 1980 First Class Honours graduate of Mathematics of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. Mr. Obalade also holds a Masters of Business Administration, MBA (Finance) degree, and is equally a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. For over a decade, Mr. Obalade has functioned at top-level managerial positions in the business sector of the Nigerian economy particularly the banking sub-sector where he supervised and monitored credits to the real estate sector.

A Fellow of Nigeria Computer Society and immediate past President/Chairman of Council, Computer Professionals Registration Councils of Nigeria (1999-2003); Mr. Oji-Alala is presently the Vice Chairman/CEO of International Control Systems Company Limited, a leading Information and Communications Technology Company with special emphasis on Computer Networking and Systems Integration.. He is also on the Boards of United Information Technology Company Limited and many other companies.

Arc. Femi Frank Afolabi holds an M.Sc. Degree in Architecture with over two decades hands-on experience in the Construction industry as well as an MBA degree. He has at various times undertaken courses at the Lagos Business School (LBS), which includes Real Estate Development. Afolabi has also acquired training at Harvard business School as well as in Professional Real Estate Development at the Graduate School of Design of Harvard University, Boston Massachusetts, USA. He has had a stint with several housing projects both in the public and private sectors around the country as Project Manager. He has a remarkable background of local and foreign interactions that has enriched his views and thoughts about housing projects. Afolabi is registered with the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), having fulfilled the professional requirements. He is also a certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), as well as a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He has joined the Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) CIArb with a bias in construction Arbitration. Arc. Afolabi has also served as member of the Governing Council of BOWEN University.

As a Chartered Accountant, James has worked across sectors with attendant tactical experience and competency acquired over the years from software programming to Audit, Construction, Manufacturing and Housing Sector. He has travelled across territories and has an impressive network of relationships. He is increasingly building skills in Housing Development strategies through his interactions in various Housing projects, focusing on procurement management

Daniel Nwaojei is our Chief Investment Officer/Corporate Services. He is the Head of Accounts & Administration. He was in the insurance industry for over two decades and his efforts have made significant contributions towards the development of Insurance Accounting. At the time he left the insurance industry, he was the Chairman, Accounting Technical Committee of the Nigeria Insurers Association. He was a foundation staff and Head of Accounts, Cornerstone Insurance Plc. He has also worked at both African Insurance Co. and Lion of Africa Insurance Co, where he started his career. He holds an Master of Business Administration (Finance) Advanced Diploma accounting and Auditing Associate member of Association of investment Advisers and portfolio Managers. He holds a post graduate Diploma in Financial Management and has recently completed his MBA Programme. He has also undertaken a Course at the Lagos Business School (LBS). He is an Associate Member, Pensions Fund Managers of Nigeria. Mr. Nwaojei is happily married with children.
